Ingredients:

  • 3 cups non-fat or 1% milk
  • 3 cups fruit, sliced

Directions:

Combine milk and fruit in a blender and put lid on tightly.
Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
